Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information KEY Advisory collects, why, and how we look after it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and to run the client portal.
Information we collect
Enquiries: when you submit the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the type of enquiry, and any message you write.
Client portal: if we set up a portal account for you, we hold your firm name, contact name, email, phone, and the subscriptions (modules and micromarkets) assigned to your account.
Project data: the dashboards save your project — the figures, inventory, costs, and tracking you or KEY Advisory enter — to your portal so you can return to it across sessions and devices. It is stored privately and is visible only to your account and KEY Advisory.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Analytics, if enabled, are limited to anonymous usage measurement.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and provide the advisory and portal services you have asked for.
To administer client accounts — granting access, managing subscriptions, and keeping your account secure.
We never sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing.
Who processes your data
Resend delivers the email notification generated by our contact form.
Supabase hosts the authentication and database for the client portal.
These providers process data only to deliver their service to us, under their own security commitments.
Cookies and sessions
The client portal uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. It is essential to the login function and is not used for advertising. Inactive sessions are signed out automatically.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry and account data only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law.
