No. We are a buyer-side advisory. We hold no developer mandates and are not paid to move a specific project — our only interest is the quality of your decision.

Pune and PCMC, at micromarket level — currently Baner-Balewadi, Wakad, Tathawade, Punawale, and Ravet, with more as we expand. We work where we have genuine depth.
